Fluffy

I have been looking for a pair of shoes with some fluffy goodness for a little while but a lot of them seem to scream tacky. I think there is a very fine line when comes to this type of shoe. When I saw these little fluffy bundles of joy I knew I had to have them and within minutes I was getting a confirmation email.

These shoes glam up the most boring of outfits and especially look good with all black. I have found myself wanting to just put them on to walk around the flat in.

They're really easy to walk in but not the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn for a night out.
So think dinner rather than dancing.

These are available at Public Desire

Hope you all have an amazing NYE.

NOTD // Barry M Cardamom

Barry M Cardamom

I'm sure most of you already know about the Barry M Gelly polishes but I just wanted to quickly show you this colour I picked up a while back.

Not to everyone's taste I'm guessing but I love it.

What's your Favourite Barry Nails colour at the moment?

Sparkly Nails

This time of year is all about having as much glitter on your claws as poss and I have found the perfect polish for just that - Models Own Pink Fizz.

Models Own - Pink Fizz

This is definitely a loud nail polish and I have had a lot of comments on it. If that's not what you're into you can include this in some nail art or use it for an accent nail maybe.....
I think this is the only time of the year you can get away with 10 glittery talons so I'm taking full advantage.

As you can see this is a pale pink glitter polish. You could use it as a top coat but the glitter  is very fine and compact if that makes sense so it's nearly opaque after 1 coat - not ideal really as a top coat.
In the picture above I have applied 2 coats and Seche Vite as a top coat and it has stayed put without chipping for the past 4 days.

This polish is very gloppy and takes forever to dry which is why I applied the Seche Vite (if you don't know about Seche Vite, it's a super fast drying top coat. Check it out). So it's not easy to apply and you need at least half an hour to let them dry, if not more. Good if you need an excuse for not doing something. 'Sorry Babes, my nails are wet. Could you.......?'

From past experience with glittery nails polishes I as not looking forward to removing this. I'm probably going to have to file it off. I'll let you know how it goes.

Hope you all had a lovely Christmas.
